Shaw Education Trust are pleased to announce that Northern House School and Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) have joined their family of schools.
As of 1st March, the Wolverhampton-based school and PRU are part of the growing multi-academy trust which provides quality education across all phases, all sectors and all communities.
Speaking of the change, Jo Morgan, CEO of the Trust, said: “We are extremely excited to have these schools join us.
“We don’t want any child to miss out on being the best they can be and our team’s expertise will support the school on their journey to achieving this.”
During this exciting period of change, the Trust will be working closely with the Department for Education, as well as parents and the wider school community, to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
The schools will be renamed Valley Park school and PRU until the school community has been consulted on new names.
The Shaw Education Trust already delivers high-quality support to numerous schools in the West Midlands and look forward to further developing provision at the school and PRU to provide pupils with better life chances and help them achieve their goals.
